Hello dear T'ai Chi & Qi Gong friends,
My name is Hilda Cardinaels. I'm living in Rotem, a small village in Belgium. I practise T'ai Chi & Qi Gong since september 1997 . I had many problems with my health, both fysically and mentally. It was Ivo Melotte who teached me T'ai Chi & Qi Gong and this has changed the direction of the spiral of despair into a spiral of hope. We practised at first with sitting exercices. Later on I joined his group in Bokrijk every Saturday morning and we still practise together. He told me about your site. Finally I also follow courses in Köln to become a good teacher myself and I have already two small groupes ! I will be very happy to receive your newsletter ! I also send you a picture of me that has been taken on WTCQD. It's a picture of a happy woman who couldn't stand for more than ten minutes on two feet eight years ago because her whole body was aking ! Thank you for your beautiful site.
