The WTCQD Niteroi 2008 (Brasil) was a wonderful event. We have the participation of 20 groups of several municipalities in the state, totaling more than 200 practitioners. We had the honour of receiving a Applause Monsoon, granted by the of Municipal Councillors Board of Niteroi. We also thank officially its vice-chairman, Councillor Carlos Magaldi, the authors of the Draft Law that imposed WTCQD as official date of the City (attached the documents cited). Furthermore, our event was the coverage of several newspapers and was recorded by a local TV channel. Soon it pass some photos of our event.
